We currently ship only within Pakistan. Orders from outside Pakistan will not be processed.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and size of the order. The cost will be calculated and shown during checkout.

Local Deliveries (within the same city): 2-4 business days.
Regional Deliveries (within Pakistan): 4-7 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or courier service delays.

We use reliable courier partners to ensure your orders reach you safely. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can follow your package’s journey online.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping details. Zynaty.pk is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information. Re-delivery charges will apply if needed.

8. Shipping Delays

Although we strive for timely delivery, some delays may occur due to:

Remote locations.
Weather disruptions.

We will keep you updated about any delays.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
