At Zynaty.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.and there must be a valid reason for return.
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

• Please email us at zynaty.pk@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping details.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized items (unless damaged or incorrect).
• Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
